SCHEDULE OF FEES

Full Care Facility
** $425/month per horse - full care in paddocks
** $485/month per horse - full care in stallion barn stall & run
** $525/month per horse - full care in 13' x 13' stall and run
** $550/month per horse - full care in 13' x 23' stall and run (brood mare stalls)


<hr>

** Full care includes: feed and grain two times a day, turn out in mornings and cleaning of stalls.
** Tack room use is on a space available basis at $15/month and includes wash area.
** Boarding minimum is 3 months.
** Arrangements are available for vacation care.
** Oversized Stalls with 110' Runs
** Hay and Grain supplied with full care
** Access to indoor and outdoor arenas
** Access to round pen for training
** Coordination of facility access for events
